Our lives have been more then a little crazy these days. While we are loving our new house, we are trying to get various things done in it, in time for our August 8th moving goal. Everything is kinda taking longer then we planned, too. So yes, these are days we’ll look back on with fondness, but I must admit I am ready for the craziness to settle down.

Last night, we all took a break from working there. Daryl went out w/ some friends from work and Abbi and I chilled. Literally, since it was SO muggy and hot.  As the sun was setting,  we went outside. It was a beautiful time, esp the light shining across our unmowed grass in the back yard.  You know we’re at that pesky time of year when the grass doesn’t grow, but all these tall skinny whispy things do… so anyway, made for some great photos. Abbi loved sitting and playing with the grasses.
