My little baby continues to grow and change and do more and more fun things. As the days slip by, I remind myself to stop, slow down, and take time to revel in each of her achievements. And also to encourage her growth and progress rather then get frustrated when she seems to be needy and demanding. Her world is full of things to examine and discover and there is no one she’d rather have help her explore it with, then her mommy. Sometimes her mommy thinks she’d rather be doing other things, or should be doing other things, but then her mommy tries to remember that there will be a day, that will be here all too soon, where baby will no longer require, perhaps not even want mommy’s help. “we will not pass this way again” is definately applicable in the growth of a baby into a child, and that child into an adult.

I realized there are a few things about this stage that I do not want to forget, so today, I stepped away from the ever-present wedding editing, to just record some of these sweet moments, with my baby and her favorite toys.

There is nothing so fun as stackable wooden rings. The perfect size for little hands, esp. that little red ball on the top.

Standing up all by myself makes me so very happy!

Looking at books is a brand new discovery. Finding little furry touchy-feely spots are is so fun!

Precious little hands.

If you’ve noticed the babybaby logo in the corner, you’re right-it’s new!! It is my own special branch of Daryl Musser Photography, esp. for all you young moms out there. If you would like a “lifestyle” session like I have shown here w/ my own daughter–Perhaps your child has a favorite toy, or pass time that you think it just might work for a great photo shoot-that is what babybaby is all about! Perhaps you have a brand new baby and can’t really get out of your house to take it to a portrait studio….well, let the studio come to you! I will come to your house, and shoot your child in it’s own enviroment, doing those daily things that you find so sweet! As you can see, natural enviroment really does make for the best relaxed poses and there will be no more hauling a screaming child around the mall in their sunday clothes!
Stay tuned for more!
